From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfill your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.


All prices contain 15% goods and services tax (New Zealand purchases).

GST is automatically deducted from the checkout total on all export orders.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).



2-4 working days to all major areas. For regional & rural areas delivery may be 2-10 working days.
Should unforeseen circumstances delay your order we will contact to you let you know.
 Please ensure you provide a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for upon delivery.

 2021 UPDATE:  Please allow an extra 14-18 days for international delivery due to unpredictable COVID-19 restrictions and  Alert Level changes in both New Zealand and outside of New Zealand.

Please note:  you are responsible for your own country’s rules on imported goods, we accept no responsibility for items not received because of your country’s restrictions, please check before ordering.

International destination parcels are shipped by NZ Post

Shipping prices are calculated by weight, standard rate of $14 up to 1.99kg, over 2kg will be a flat rate of $26

The Ekko Shop cannot take responsibility for missing parcels that have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the postal company.

We endeavor to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy please contact us.

The Ekko Shop will accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Item(s) damaged/faulty prior to delivery

2. Supplied incorrectly

3. Varies from the description provided on the website.

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty please contact us here so we can fix the issue as soon as possible. The Ekko Shop will require proof of the fault.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or damage prior to delivery The Ekko Shop accepts faulty returns notified within 2 weeks of receipt.

Whenever possible, The Ekko Shop will endeavor to replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

If the item is unable to be replaced and a replacement item is not suitable at the same price, a refund will be processed.
